Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Charge Nurse for the Endoscopy Center to assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge. You will set staffing schedules and oversee daily clinical operations, acting as a resource for staff with a focus on efficient, quality care and staff collaboration.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 5 years of nursing experience, and a background in hospital or procedure setting such as ASC, Cath Lab, IR or ICU.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or college diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 5 years nursing patient care experience preferred.
• 1 year RN leadership experience minimum.
• 1 year hospital/ASC/Cath Lab/IR/ICU experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and coordinate patient care from admission through discharge.
• Set and manage staffing schedule; oversee day-to-day operational flow of patient care.
• Provide leadership and serve as a clinical resource for staff and physicians; ensure survey-ready state.
