Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager to educate physicians and hospital staff on BDPI products, build customer relationships, and support endovascular procedures as directed by District Manager. A minimum of 4 days in-office per week is required to maintain our culture of excellence, with flexibility for remote arrangements where indicated.

• Educate physicians, hospital personnel and staff on BDPI products through in-servicing.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, hospitals and physicians to grow applications.
• Observe and report market trends affecting BDPI sales, service and product development.
• Represent BDPI in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Process customer complaints and returns per established procedures.
• Maintain company automobile and company property.
• Complete and process BDPI reports, including procedural, expense, and product-tracking reports.
• Fulfill Territory Manager duties in vacant territories and support endovascular procedures as directed by the District Manager.

• 1. Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters relating to BDPI products through case support, conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one in-servicing, and/or available internal/external physician education training programs.
• 2. Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, hospitals and physicians. Obtains new users and applications for company products and services.
• 3. Observes and reports market trends which affect BDPI sales, service and product development.
• 4. Represents BDPI in accordance with policies and procedures.
• 5. Processes customer complaints and returns in accordance with established procedures and policy.
• 6. Maintains company automobile and company property.
• 7. Complete and processes BDPI reports including but not limited to: Procedural Specialist reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.
• 8. Fulfills the duty of a Territory Manager in vacant territories and supports endovascular procedures as directed by the District Manager.
