Job summary

Pacific Medical Centers is seeking a Supervisor of Procedural Scheduling to lead scheduling operations across surgical and procedure departments. You will coordinate workflows between internal and external providers, manage OR block allocation and serve as the primary liaison with physician offices.

You will supervise, train and develop the scheduling team, triage urgent requests, monitor phone and electronic systems, and deliver actionable scheduling reports to department leaders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in healthcare.
• 2 years of Coordinator/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling operations across multidisciplinary surgical and procedure departments, coordinating workflows between internal and external providers.
• Manage OR block allocation and act as liaison with physician offices.
• Supervise, train and develop scheduling team; triage urgent requests and monitor phone/electronic systems.
• Provide scheduling reports and operational insights for department leaders.
