Job summary

Pacific Medical Centers (PacMed) seeks a Supervisor of Procedural Scheduling to lead scheduling across surgical and procedure departments. You will coordinate workflows with providers, manage OR blocks, and serve as the main liaison with physician offices.

You’ll supervise and train the scheduling team while delivering timely reports for operational decisions. The role requires healthcare experience and leadership in scheduling, with Epic knowledge being a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in healthcare.
• 2 years of Coordinator/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling operations across multidisciplinary surgical and procedure departments.
• Coordinate workflows between internal and external providers.
• Manage OR block allocation and serve as liaison with physician offices.
• Supervise, train, and develop the scheduling team.
• Triage urgent requests and monitor phone and electronic systems.
• Provide scheduling reports and operational insights to leadership.
