The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling office and hospital services for patients, including coordinating appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working in a medical clinic, office setting, or administrative role.
• Extensive experience providing excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic or other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Experience working in a specialty clinic setting.
