Job description

Procedural Scheduler - Clinical Nutrition Services. Full-Time (28 hours per week), Monday-Friday.

This position is remote; training is in person for 4-6 weeks at Providence Office Park in NE Portland.

The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator schedules office and hospital services for patients, including appointments with external providers or ancillary departments, to ensure coordinated care.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working in a medical clinic, office setting, or administrative role
• Extensive and excellent customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic or other EMR systems
• Experience in a specialty clinic setting
