Description

Procedural Scheduler - Clinical Nutrition Services. Full-Time (28 hours per week), Monday-Friday.

This position is remote, with training in person for 4-6 weeks at Providence Office Park in NE Portland.

Responsibilities

The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator schedules office and hospital services for patients, coordinating appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a medical clinic, office, or administrative setting
• Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic or other EMR systems
• Experience in a specialty clinic setting
