Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma and scheduling experience; PCA/CNA preferred; the position supports other areas of patient care as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year of PCA/CNA.
• Minimum: 1 year scheduling experience.
• Preferred: a position as a scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for a department and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain excellent communication with practice offices, surgeons' physicians, patients and staff to support care continuity.
