Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Waxahachie is seeking a Supervisor Nurse Procedural RN to oversee the ASC and procedural nursing unit. The role involves supervising 14 staff, managing daily operations, and supporting the Nursing Manager with policy implementation.

Ideal candidates have OR and ASC experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of GI/pain procedures. Full-time days with no on-call requirements, with potential GI Lab support at main hospital as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum nursing education as RN; required licensure.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in procedural areas preferred.
• Knowledge of ASC operations and GI/Pain procedures desirable.

Responsibilities
