Job summary

Join Baylor Scott & White Health as an RN Supervisor at the Waxahachie ASC. You will supervise nursing and unit-based personnel, ensuring safe, efficient patient care and compliance with policies.

The role supports the Nursing Manager in budgeting, governance, and educational initiatives in a procedural setting. With oversight of 14 staff across 2 ORs, you’ll drive quality, teamwork, and professional practice while coordinating with GI Lab teams at the main hospital as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and two years of RN experience required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in procedural or ASC settings preferred.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills with focus on GI/pain procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned nursing and unit staff to ensure safe, value-based care.
• Oversee daily operations, productivity, and adherence to policies.
• Assist Nursing Manager with planning, budgeting, and governance.
• Support GI Lab operations and main hospital collaboration as needed.
• Promote professional practice and inter-professional teamwork.
