Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Supervisor Nurse Procedural RN for the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Waxahachie, TX. The role oversees 14 staff across two ORs and supports GI Lab activities at times, with day shifts and no call.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (required).
• Minimum 2 years RN experience (required).
• BLS certification (required).
• RN with supervisory, OR, and ASC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned nursing and unit staff to ensure safe, patient‑centered care.
• Oversee daily operations, productivity, and staffing in procedural areas.
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and quality initiatives within the unit.
• Coordinate interprofessional rounds and patient care conferences as needed.
