Job summary

Advocate Health's 84South in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Procedural care across two floors, including GI, Pain, IR, and OR suites. Nurses coordinate patient care pre- and post-anesthesia, following ASC admission criteria and safety standards.

You will require an accredited nursing program, current RN license in Wisconsin, ACLS and PALS, and preferred GI/Pain experience with 1 year in pre/post‑anesthesia; pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing program completed.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Experience in GI or Pain clinic desired.
• 1 year of Pre/Post‑Anesthesia experience strongly preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead evidence-based practice and communication to ensure a safe patient environment and best patient experience.
• Provide safe, high‑quality pre/post-anesthesia nursing care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
