Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Registered Nurse for Perianesthesia (Pre Op, PACU, Discharge) in Green Bay, WI. The role involves providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care, using evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure safety and optimal patient experience across Preoperative, PACU, and Discharge phases.

The team includes RNs, CNAs, and LPNs, collaborating with physicians and anesthesia providers.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• ACLS upon completion of orientation.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
