Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Procedural Registered Nurse for PRN Days to oversee patient care in an outpatient setting. The RN will assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop personalized care plans in line with Texas nursing standards.

Responsibilities include regular patient assessment, delegation based on staff skills and legal requirements, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Procedural/Outpatient RN experience.
• Pain Management experience highly preferred.
• BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify nursing diagnoses; develop personalized care plans.
• Regularly assess patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor indicators.
