Qualifications

• 1+ years of Procedural/Outpatient RN experience.
• Pain management experience highly preferred.
• BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.

• Assess patients and prioritize their needs; create and adjust care plans for better results.
• Assess nursing practices to ensure quality and effectiveness; track indicators and participate in quality initiatives.
• Teach patients and staff; education is integrated into care at all levels.
• Use systems thinking to apply strategies and resources to solve problems for patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain professionalism to enhance nursing practice and work environment and contribute to decision-making.
