Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an RN.
• Pain management experience highly preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and prioritize needs; create and adjust care plans.
• Assess nursing practices; monitor indicators and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and staff as part of care delivery.
• Utilize systems thinking to solve problems for patients, families, and staff.
• Contribute to professional practice and collaborate with the healthcare team.
