Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and prioritize their needs; create and adjust care plans for better results.
• Monitor nursing practices, track indicators, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and staff as part of care at all levels.
• Apply systems thinking to solve problems for patients, families, and staff.
