Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Procedural Ops Manager to oversee supply flow in operating rooms, cath labs, and endoscopy. You will partner with clinical staff and vendors to ensure timely procurement, efficient inventory, and cost-effective resource use for all procedures.

Responsibilities include standardizing procedures, maintaining stock, forecasting needs, and leading a team to improve patient care in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hospital supply chain experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CSCP/CPSM certification a plus.
• Certified Surgical Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized SOPs for procedural supply chain.
• Manage inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to improve efficiency and patient care.
• Monitor supply chain metrics to identify cost savings.
• Forecast needs based on schedules and data.
• Process POs and track deliveries.
• Maintain inventory controls and conduct cycle counts.
• Train staff on procedures.
• Manage Tissue Tracker system and vendor recalls.
• Track expiration dates for procedural supplies.
