BETH ISRAEL LAHEY HEALTH in Boston, MA is seeking an Executive Director of Procedural Supply Chain to lead daily operations across ORs, Cath Lab/EP, interventional radiology and Endoscopy. You will align purchasing, clinical leadership and value analysis to standardize products and ensure supply continuity.

The role requires 8–10 years in healthcare supply chain leadership, strong analytics, and engagement with clinicians. A LEAN mindset and MS Office/ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or healthcare administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive supply chain and operational leadership in healthcare.
• Experience across perioperative/OR, Cath Lab/EP, Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy.
• Preference for professional certifications (CMRP, Lean, Green/Black Belt).

Responsibilities

• Directs procedural supply chain operations across ORs and related units.
• Collaborates with procurement, nursing, physicians, and leadership to align priorities.
• Standardizes products, devices and equipment with clinical buy‑in.
• Oversees procurement support, inventory and distribution workflows.
• Triages backorders, substitutions, and contract changes with action plans.
• Develops backorder response and resiliency plans for critical supplies.
• Monitors contract compliance, inventory turns and waste reduction.
• Ensures regulatory storage, handling and documentation compliance.
• Leads supply chain staff, mentors teams, and drives LEAN improvements.
• Engages vendors and manufacturers for continuity and cost control.
