Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Procedural Inventory Technician to manage inventory for the OR, Cath Lab, and IR departments. You will order, receive, stock, and deliver supplies, while collaborating with clinical staff to ensure patient-care readiness and supply availability.

The role requires strong attention to inventory accuracy, adherence to policies, and the ability to respond swiftly to stock-outs and urgent supply requests in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Familiarity with OR supply workflows and cath lab provisions.
• Ability to track stock levels and coordinate with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for OR, Cath Lab, and IR departments.
• Order, receive, stock and deliver supplies.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to meet supply needs.
• Review and maintain Min/Max inventory levels.
• Conduct physical inventories and ensure proper storage and rotation.
• Verify barcodes and cross-reference in the inventory system.
• Respond to stock-outs and critical supply requests.
• Transport and deliver medications and contrast media as required.
