Job summary

HCA Healthcare Summerville Hospital is seeking a PRN Procedural Inventory Technician to manage inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and delivering supplies for the OR, Cath Lab, and IR departments.

You will collaborate with clinical staff to meet supply needs, maintain Min/Max levels, and perform physical inventories across POU and Non-POU areas, ensuring barcodes and system cross-referencing are accurate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous inventory management experience preferred.
• Some hospital supply experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for the OR, Cath Lab, and IR departments.
• Order, receive, stock, and deliver supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to meet supply needs.
• Review and maintain Min/Max inventory levels.
• Conduct physical inventories of POU and Non-POU areas.
• Ensure items have appropriate barcodes and are cross-referenced in the inventory management system.
• React appropriately to stock-outs and critical supply needs.
• Transport and deliver medications and contrast media as required.
