Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Ohio; BLS certification
• BSN preferred; related nursing qualification

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient needs; document health status (30%).
• Plan and implement nursing interventions; monitor outcomes (30%).
• Evaluate responses and revise plans with the care team (20%).
• Lead process improvements to improve quality and safety (10%).
• Support operations and daily unit functions (10%).
