Job summary

Stryker’s ProCare team in Portage, MI seeks a Process Analyst to strengthen partnerships and optimize processes within the Medical business. You will troubleshoot, handle capital order entries, and support ProCare operations while sharing knowledge across sales, service, and operations.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to learning new products, systems, and tools. Travel is 10%, with some extended weeks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, with occasional extended work weeks.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicates with sales reps, customer service, ProCare, and other departments.
• Builds relationships and fosters teamwork across teams and leadership.
• Communicates process and systems needs to all affected parties.
• Develops sustainment and communication systems for responsible processes.
• Demonstrates mastery of support systems and technical tools.
• Keeps accurate records on time per FDA specifications.
• Learns new products and processes, embracing change.
• Explores improvement opportunities to build organizational capabilities.
