Job summary

Stryker’s ProCare team in Portage, MI seeks a Process Analyst to strengthen partnerships and optimize processes within the Medical business. You will troubleshoot, handle capital order entries, and support ProCare operations while sharing knowledge across sales, service, and operations.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to learning new products, systems, and tools. Travel is 10%, with some extended weeks as needed.

Qualifications

Job description

The ProCare Process Analyst enhances the Stryker Medical business through technical expertise and collaboration with internal departments, developing and refining processes and is committed to strengthening partnerships and instilling customer confidence with every interaction. Responsibilities include capital docker cable and accessory process management, trial equipment PM process management, capital order entry, technical troubleshooting, administrative duties, and additional ProCare support. The ProCare Process Analyst answers incoming customer calls, email, requests, inquiries, and other customer service-related needs to support ProCare and Stryker Medical.

• Effectively communicates with sales reps, customer service, sales support, ProCare, sales operations. more
• Builds relationships and fosters teamwork with fellow team members, leadership and individuals within other departments
• Communicates process and systems as well as needs to all affected parties
• Develops systems of sustainment and communication for all their responsible processes
• Demonstrates mastery of all support systems and technical tools
• Accounts for accurate and on time record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications per FDA regulations
• Learns new products, processes, and systems by proactively embracing change and developing your skills and experience
• Explores improvement opportunities through process comprehension and dedication to building organizational capabilities

What you need:

• High School graduate
• Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional acumen
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and elicit support and cooperation from coworkers
• 10% travel with occasional extended work week

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 2 years Customer service or technical support experience
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• PC literate, preferably with Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, other ERP systems, and applicable order entry systems

• USN: $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual
