Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma or GED; 2 years college coursework in Corrections/Criminal Justice or related field; 1 year experience in duties providing required knowledge and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Probation Officers with caseload management including reviews, scheduling, and data entry.
• Monitor low-risk supervision cases and conduct office visits with offenders.
• Explain sentencing or SOC conditions, coordinate treatment referrals, and provide information on community resources.
• Upload and review reports, court orders, and intake documents.
• Maintain detailed case notes and communicate non-compliance to probation officers.
