Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of college coursework in corrections, criminal justice or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience; equivalent combos may apply.
• Valid driver’s license and background check clearance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assists with caseload management, including case reviews and data entry.
• Explains conditions to offenders; coordinates referrals and resources.
• Schedules appointments and supports monitoring in probation caseloads.
• Reviews and uploads reports and court documents into the probation system.
• Maintains records of contacts and ensures statutory compliance.
