• Must be able to be certified as a specialized police officer by the Arkansas Law Enforcement Standard Commission.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a caseload of probationers and parolees, ensuring adherence to supervision requirements.
• Conduct routine office and home visits, employment verifications, and case plan development.
• Monitor compliance with court‑ordered conditions and perform random drug/alcohol screenings.
• Investigate violations, prepare reports, and coordinate with law enforcement, courts and treatment providers.
• Maintain records, use case management software, and prepare court and interagency reports.
