Qualifications

• Associate's degree and two years of relevant experience in corrections or related field.
• Graduate coursework may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis up to two years.
• Two years as a TDOC Case Manager with TDOC or equivalent role may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced, complex case management work with lead responsibilities.
