Confidential Employer in Orlando is seeking a probate and trust litigator to manage cases from intake to resolution. You will represent clients in hearings, depositions, and mediations, and draft pleadings and motions with close attorney collaboration.

The role requires 3+ years of probate/trust litigation, active Florida Bar, and strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. Hybrid work model, excellent client service, and mentorship are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct probate and trust litigation experience.
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• Substantive courtroom and deposition experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Probate administration, estate planning, commercial litigation, or corporate law experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle probate and trust litigation matters from case assessment through resolution.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Conduct detailed legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, practical legal guidance.
• Independently manage assigned matters while collaborating with attorneys and support staff.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings when appropriate.
• Analyze complex probate, trust, fiduciary, and estate-related disputes and identify effective solutions.
• Contribute to a high-quality practice where strong judgment, writing, advocacy, and client service are valued.
