Miami Family Law Group is seeking an Associate Probate Litigation Attorney to support and manage probate, trust, and estate disputes under the guidance of experienced senior attorneys. This is a structured growth role for a developing Florida litigator who is ready for substantive work in a well organized, well supported practice.

You will assist with contested estate and trust matters involving fiduciary disputes, inheritance conflicts, undue influence claims, and high conflict family dynamics. You will gain real litigation experience, direct client exposure, and the mentorship needed to grow toward independent case management in a complex and rewarding practice area.

What You'll Own

• Assigned probate, estate, and trust litigation matters with direct partner oversight and collaboration
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and related litigation documents under attorney supervision
• Court appearances for hearings and proceedings with senior attorney support
• Client communication and relationship management throughout each matter
• Legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other tools
• Your own professional development as you build toward independent litigation management

Required:

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
• 3 to 5 years of Florida probate litigation or closely related litigation experience
• Some exposure to contested probate matters, trust disputes, hearings, or motion practice
• Ability to manage assigned matters and develop toward independent litigation ownership
• Strong legal writing, research, and client communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and receptive to mentorship and feedback

Preferred:

• Exposure to complex probate or trust disputes
• Some probate administration experience
• Estate planning background
