Orionplacement is seeking an attorney in West Palm Beach to lead probate administration and estate planning matters within a supportive Florida-based practice. You will counsel clients, draft wills and trusts, guide beneficiaries, and coordinate with our elder law team, guardianship and Medicaid planning initiatives while delivering attentive, client-focused service in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license required.
• 1+ year of probate administration and estate planning experience.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents and counseling clients.
• Strong knowledge of Florida probate procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage probate administration from opening to completion.
• Counsel clients on estate planning strategies based on goals and assets.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and directives.
• Guide families through Florida probate procedures and requirements.
• Maintain client relations and ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate filings and deadlines to move matters forward efficiently.
• Collaborate on elder law matters including guardianship and Medicaid planning.
• Support practice growth through client service and referrals.
