This is a structured growth role for a developing Florida litigator who is ready for substantive work in a well-organized, well-supported practice.

You will assist with contested estate and trust matters involving fiduciary disputes, inheritance conflicts, undue influence claims, and high-conflict family dynamics. • Client communication and relationship management throughout each matter
  • Legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other tools
  • Your own professional development as you build toward independent litigation management
What You'll Get
  • Structured mentorship from senior attorneys with deep probate and trust litigation experience
  • Real casework from day one in a niche, high-value practice area
  • Exposure to complex fiduciary disputes, contested estates, and trust litigation that most junior attorneys never see
  • A clear path toward greater autonomy as your skills and courtroom confidence develop
  • Paralegals and admin staff handling scheduling, document management, and deadline tracking
  • Clio Manage and structured workflows so you spend time on legal work, not file management

  • Work closely with support staff to maintain organized files, meet deadlines, and move cases forward
  • Identify legal and procedural issues early and elevate appropriately
