Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Probate, Guardianship, and Adversarial Probate.
• Ability to manage cases independently from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from beginning to end.

• Review and edit drafts of probate documents.
• Draft substantive complaints, motions, and other pleadings.
• Research various probate issues.
• Attend meetings and court hearings.

Responsibilities

• You MUST be able to manage your cases from beginning to end.
• Must be able to delegate to and supervise the work of paralegals and assistants.
• Review and edit drafts of probate documents for formal and summary administrations, guardianships, and conservatorships.
• Draft substantive complaints, motions, oppositions, correspondence, and other pleadings for contested matters.
• Research various probate issues.
• Draft and respond to interrogatories, subpoenas, and document requests.
• Attend meetings and court hearings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Probate, Guardianship, and Adversarial Probate experience or sufficient to be competent, confident, and mostly autonomous in this role.
• You must be able to take a file from start to finish on your own.
• Must be a member of The Florida Bar.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• This is a full‑time position with a base salary + quarterly performance bonuses.

Compensation

$120,000+ yearly (base salary + quarterly performance bonuses)
