Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court, handling hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials in the Miami/South Florida area.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, subpoenas, and legal briefs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with clear, empathetic, and strategic legal counsel.
• Conduct deep research into complex estate, trust, and fiduciary duty issues.

Compensation:

• $120,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a robust caseload of probate, trust, and guardianship litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial.
• Actively represent clients in court, handling hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials throughout the Miami/South Florida area.
• Prepare high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, subpoenas, and legal briefs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, empathetic, and strategic legal counsel.
• Conduct deep, analytical research into complex estate, trust, and fiduciary duty issues.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 4+ years of practice specifically focused on probate and trust litigation.
