At our Trusts & Estates Law Firm, we are passionate about helping Executors avoid lawsuits and Beneficiaries from being misled. We are seeking a dedicated Estate Litigation Attorney who shares our mission and values to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will use their experience, good judgment, and skills to strategically litigate contested estate-related legal matters in probate and civil court. 6+ years of litigation experience is preferred. Candidates should have a solid foundation in legal research, writing, and practical court experience.

Responsibilities
- Maintain organized client files for easy access by attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Attend court hearings and legal proceedings, perform legal research, and collaborate with senior attorneys to provide legal advice
- Assist clients in resolving legal conflicts and determining the best course of action
- Resolve cases efficiently through effective communication and teamwork
- Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet client needs and grow the client base
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must have passed the bar exam
- Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA)
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Compensation
$135,000 per year
