Open to entrepreneurial attorneys who can establish scalable probate processes, manage a high-volume docket, and collaborate with internal teams on strategy, filings, and client guidance.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and Florida Bar admission.
• Probate and estate administration experience.
• Strong written and oral communication with families and stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build a new practice area.

Responsibilities

• Open and administer intestate estates in Florida probate court.
• Prepare and file necessary probate documents, including petitions and inventories.
• Serve as the primary legal contact for families throughout the process.
• Coordinate with internal teams on legal strategy and filings.
• Manage a high-volume docket with precision, handling contested matters as needed.
• Help establish scalable probate processes as the practice grows.
