Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on commercial/industrial maintenance experience.
• Practical troubleshooting, electrical, mechanical, safety, and CMMS competency required.
• Willingness to travel to Yorkville, IL (two weeks per month).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance needs for the site with limited supervision.
• Plan and prioritize work based on safety, food safety, and urgency.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair equipment and building systems; verify effectiveness.
• Coordinate vendor work and manage timing, scope, and costs.
• Maintain accurate work orders, asset data, and documentation.
