Job summary

Midwest Refrigerated Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Industrial Maintenance Technician to lead day-to-day regional maintenance across multiple sites in Milwaukee and surrounding areas.

You will supervise Site Maintenance Technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage vendor relationships to ensure safety and uptime. The role requires extensive multi-trade maintenance experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-trade industrial, warehouse, or MHE maintenance experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading, training, or directing maintenance employees or contractors.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally, including overnight stays.
• Demonstrated experience with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, dock equipment, warehouse machinery, HVAC, or similar systems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional maintenance across multiple sites and provide technical escalation.
• Direct and develop Site Maintenance Technicians and onboard new staff.
• Coordinate vendor service, obtain quotes, schedule work, and verify scope and quality.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is performed on time and work orders are documented.
• Maintain regional readiness of tools, parts, and equipment and standardize processes.
• Participate in weekly site maintenance meetings and provide status updates.
• Uphold safety, food safety, compliance, and company policy across regions.
