Strategic Security Corp. in Phoenix seeks an Unarmed Security Guard to provide a visible security presence and protect people and property across government, corporate, retail, or commercial settings.

You will conduct patrols, monitor alarms, control access, report incidents, and assist with guest services while upholding G.E.T. Principles: Greet, Engage, and Thank.

This role requires high professionalism, strong judgment, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State unarmed security guard license may be required by state/local law.
• Verifiable security experience preferred (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and random foot patrols and monitor surveillance systems.
• Observe, report, and deter theft, misconduct, and suspicious activity.
• Control entry/exit points and verify authorized access.
• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Provide guest services and assist visitors with directions and information.
