Qualifications

• Valid unarmed security guard license (Arizona Guard Card).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and a working phone.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and surveil assigned property by vehicle or on foot.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, visitors, employees, or vendors.
• Report any suspicious activity or incidents to dispatch or management.
• Respond to incidents and complete written reports at end of shift.
