Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer contact and service experience or two (2) years in banking, preferably in a branch.
• Ability to complete the Bank’s in-house Training Program.
• Strong sales orientation and relationship-building demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish or another language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers and manage lobby to connect with customers and assess needs.
• Provide accurate branch transactions with high level of efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of Bank products and services to communicate them to clients.
• Proactively contact customers with offers or financial overviews and schedule meetings.
• Refer customers to other Bank associates or departments as needed for solutions.
• Participate in daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and security requirements.
