Job summary

STN Digital in San Diego, CA is seeking a Recruitment Lead to own full-cycle, proactive recruiting for our most critical roles. You will source, engage, and present fully-vetted candidates to hiring managers, building a standing talent bench across our sports and entertainment portfolio.

This role thrives on relationship-building, cold outreach, and market insight, with close collaboration to HR and the VP of Operations.

Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
First-hand experience recruiting for, or working within, the sports, entertainment, or agency space.
Comfortable crafting and consulting on competitive offers and negotiation strategy.
Strong organizational and documentation skills with a systems-oriented mindset.
Sports and entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively source and engage top-tier talent for STN's open roles, treating outreach as the default motion.
Own the recruitment process end-to-end within our ATS (TeamTailor).
Build and nurture a standing talent bench across STN's key seats.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to craft compelling job postings.
Lead early-stage recruiting conversations and deliver fully-vetted candidates.
