Qualifications

• Experience with CRM/ERP account management.
• Familiarity with reviewing business documents (terms and conditions, NDAs, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service.
• Quick learner who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to seek guidance when needed.
• Effective collaborator cross-functionally and can manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding and review necessary documents (T&Cs, NDAs, Supplier Agreements)
• Manage customer compliance documentation, safety assessments, etc.
• Support with project tasks and processes
• Maintain customer accounts across multiple customer portals and systems
• Coordinate projects and processes across cross-functional teams
• Serve as a point of contact through various communication channels
• Support sales activities by routing leads appropriately
