Job summary

W&O Supply is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator I to perform shipping, receiving, and forklift duties in Mobile, AL. You will assist with safety compliance, inventory control, and timely deliveries within the company ERP system.

Responsibilities include daily forklift checks, stocking, order picking, load securing, and accurate shipping documentation. Strong communication and organization are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• HS Education or GED equivalent; TWIC preferred; Basic OSHA safety training preferred.
• Forklift certification and safety-oriented mindset required.
• Proven ability to stay organized and communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily forklift inspection and operation.
• Receive, verify, and stock items per procedures in the ERP system.
• Pick inventory, verify, package, stage, and ship items per procedures in ERP system.
• Secure loads safely during inventory pickup and delivery.
• Enter freight charges and ship confirmations.
• Verify delivery tickets match PO and sales order.
• Maintain company trucks: check in/out, maintenance, inspections.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe; participate in weekly training.
• Report safety, shipping, delivery, or inventory issues to supervisor.
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely per regulations and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
