Maxus Realty Trust Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative work at our Burleson, TX community.

You will handle work orders, assist with make-ready units, and maintain building systems to ensure safety and resident satisfaction. The role requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills, along with a valid driver's license and CPO/HVAC certifications or willingness to obtain them within 60 days.

Formación

• 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC/EPA Universal cert or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including repairs and final inspections.
• Assist with trash-outs and ensure units meet move-in readiness.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; report hazards and safety concerns.
• Follow safety policies and comply with regulations and procedures.
• Interact with residents, team members, and vendors; collaborate with onsite team.
