Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance throughout the property.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests.
• Inspect common areas and building components for repair or safety concerns.
• Troubleshoot basic maintenance and equipment issues.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and drywall repairs.
