The Falls of Beechnut Apartments is currently seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, make-ready tasks, diagnosing basic HVAC systems, repairing plumbing, maintaining pool equipment, and responding to emergencies on a rotating schedule. This role suits dependable, proactive individuals with hands-on maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC (A/C) certification required.
• Pool certification preferred.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full-time with rotating on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
• This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.
