Responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, inspecting equipment, coordinating with vendors, and keeping detailed records. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and CMMS experience, plus a valid driver’s license to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in preventative maintenance or facilities maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints and maintenance logs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans for facility equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen appliances).
• Perform routine inspections and diagnostics, document findings and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external contractors and internal teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and track work orders; ensure safety compliance.
• Respond to emergency repairs and troubleshoot to restore functionality.
