The Maintenance Technician role within the Hotel industry is critical to ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of facility equipment and infrastructure. This position focuses on proactively identifying potential issues before they escape into costly repairs or operational downtime, thereby supporting a seamless guest experience. The successful candidate will develop and implement maintenance schedules, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to address maintenance needs promptly. By maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and safety compliance, this role directly contributes to the overall operational excellence and reputation of the establishment. Ultimately, the Preventative Maintenance professional plays a vital role in preserving asset longevity and optimizing facility performance in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in preventative maintenance or facilities maintenance, preferably within the accommodation or food service industry.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance logs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple facility locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
