Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience with strong leadership and management skills.
• Three years of experience in maintenance and reliability.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings.
• Experience using plant production software to track work orders and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead by example to uphold safety and GMP standards.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs.
• Analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements.
• Coordinate with teams to build proactive maintenance schedules and maintain compliance.
